Returns & Refunds
At MazTechCentral, our merch is made to order. This means each item is produced especially for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item. Please check the product details, sizing guide, colour options, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the problem
- A photo of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Wrong size ordered
As our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is selected.
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Sizes can vary slightly depending on the product, so we recommend measuring against something you already own and like the fit of.
Lost orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We’ll look into the tracking information and help resolve the issue.
Returned-to-sender orders
If an order is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, we may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending it again.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Buyer’s remorse
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases.
How long refunds take
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
